I’m a walking pineapple. Huat Ah!
Went CNY shopping last weekend. To be more precise, CNY clothes shopping. No luck though as nothing fits me. Sigh.. This is the problem if you have a big head with a little body. I end up looking like a tadpole if I wear fitting clothes or a shuttlecock if I wear loose ones. Haih!
I saw this and actually tried it on:
LoL! I’m a walking pineapple! So Chinese with so much ONG!
I actually contemplated to buy and wear this during CNY gambling sessions but decided against it ‘coz feels very Ah Lian leh wearing it. It’s very cheap though. RM15 only. I think after one wash all will be senget-senget dy.
On a side note, the mirror in this fitting room is extremely gross. It has white spots all over it like someone went inside just to pop her pimples or something. Yucks!
The good news is we managed to buy shoes for both Ethan and Ayden.
Can you believe that I actually had to persuade them to try on those shoes? They both love wearing sandals and dislike shoes. I spent a good half an hour just to convince them to try on these shoes. Almost lost my temper there. Kids these days! >_<

I havent start my shopping for new clothes. Maybe will just get a top or something. For 1st day. Remaining days will just wear whatever in my wardrobe. Some so new that I wore them less than thrice. Haha.
I hate going to fitting rooms. Dirty and smudged mirrors. Those high end shopping malls in KL should be better but sometimes they are worse. I have been to one in Mid-Valley. My god!!
Cute top, Merryn. I think you should buy it. Cheap. Can wear at home. ^^
Usually the fitting room around here is tolerable except this particular outlet that I went. So geli the mirror!
Haha, I saw before how u need to convince Ethan to try on the shoes :P
Kan? Vomit blood sometimes. Wanna buy them stuffs oso have to convince them. I was so fed up and almost give up dy that day. Not cheap oso >_<
Ong lai!!!
Hey! Is that you? Sure or not? You don’t look so thin anymore leh? Is it the mirror? Or the baju? Muahahahahahaha!!!!!
I was never thin ler.. sobs. Has always been the chubby type. Whoever told you I am thin? :'(
Err…the top..not so flattering lah. U have a cute body sure can find something that suits you. :)
Alamak I also need to shop for my girls..same here Gwen only likes to wear sandals…finally bought her a pair of Hello Kitty flats…hehe.
Ayden will be so happy to get anything Hello Kitty. He is in that phrase of loving everything Hello Kitty >_<
Sandals are more comfortable so they are right to prefer to wear sandals than shoes but good that in the end they did try on those shoes.
I find shoes more comfortable as they wrap the feet nicely but yeah, different people, different preferances :)
Hahaha I am worse, I prefer slippers! I only wear shoes when I go to work or attending weddings >.< ! That's also another reason why I run to Penang, where wearing slippers to shopping malls is acceptable…
Actually over here also you see many ppl walking in malls in slippers and shorts. I just wanted the boys to wear shoes for formal outing but it is so difficult :(
Huat ahhhhh! How do you keep yourself soooo fit after having two sons?
It’s actually very easy, Joyce.
Whatever you see on your plate, eat only half of it. The other half, give your hubby. You’ll eventually shed some weight while your hubby will grow bigger. That way you’ll look even more slimmer next to him :P
Very nice pairs of shoes!! Most importantly must be comfortable~~ =)
