Ayden’s First Appearance in the Newspaper

Ayden finally got his small break and appeared in the newspaper together with the Daddy and big brother Ethan – The Star Metro Central on the 2 February 2016 to be exact. The article doesn’t have anything to do with him though :P

We were having a Chinese New Year Lou Sang dinner preview at Si Chuan Dou Hua, PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur and were tossing to prosperity when the photographer caught this shot. I was no where to be seen as I was next to the photographer trying to get a picture of my boys ‘lou sang-ing’ too.

I was only aware of this when my sister-in-law Whatsapp-ed me. I immediately told Darling to get a copy of The Star paper to show Ayden (and Ethan).

That is Ayden, excited to see himself in the newspaper for the very first time.

This is the second time we appeared in the paper due to a Chinese New Year Lou Sang preview. Back in 2012, when I was in a CNY Lou Sang preview in Sunway with Ethan, a photographer spotted us and requested to take a picture of us.

He featured us in his Picture Story. Those were the days when I can still carry the little Ethan who was four then. Do you notice that both Ethan and Ayden were wearing the same GOLDEN Chinese samfoo? My mom bought it in China when I was pregnant with Ethan and it is still in a very good condition today :)

Congrats! That’s very nice! :)

That’s a very young age to get in a newspaper, my first time was when I was 13 (wrote to The Star about Olympics and they paid me RM 50, my very first paycheque).

I guess is that GOLDEN Chinese samfoo caught the attention of both photographers.

So cute the way Ayden is pointing at himself in the newspaper. You must have taken good care of the golden Chinese samfoo for it to be in a good condition even now.
