Homegrown Organic Pak Choy
I have successfully grown spinach in milk cartons. It is highly successful that I have continuous supply of spinach since 2015 till today. I love it that I can just pluck them at any time and have fresh spinach for dinner hence I decided to try growing other types of leafy vegetables.
I bought this Pak Choy seeds.
The seeds look like those we used for cooking. I wonder if those biji sawi we used for cooking can be planted and grown?
Anyway, they grow easily in milk cartons but very soon outgrown it so I had to replant them into pots.
My pak choy strives under full sunlight. I used to put them in shady areas but I realised that they grow really quick under direct sunlight. I water them once a day in the morning.
Now besides spinach and okras, I have endless supply of pak choy too. However, pak choy is very space consuming as I need many pots for them.
Check out the rest of my potted garden success:

I grow baby bok choy too but not from the seed. I bought the vegetables from store then cut the bottom of it then placed it face up in a small bowl of water to sit. It will begin regenerating itself from the center of the base.
