French Toast with Chicken Floss filling

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I always make sure Darling and Ethan eat before they leave home for work and class. It’s a challenge to keep the meals interesting but today, I think I just hit the jackpot!

Darling and Ethan had this and they love it max! What’s that? That’s french toast with chicken floss filling :)

It’s really simple to prepare this.

Cut 2 pieces of bread into 8 equal parts. Spoon some chicken floss in the middle.

Place a piece of bread to cover the chicken floss and pinch the sides to seal it.

Break an egg in a bowl and beat it. Do not add salt as the entire combination is tasty enough. Optional: Add pepper and parsley flakes.

Dip the bread into the beaten egg making sure it is well coated.

Toast on non-stick pan. Turn over and toast the other side.

Serve hot.

I tell you, this is by far the BEST breakfast I’ve dished out as they cleared it in a jiffy! They even requested to have this again tomorrow! BULL’s EYES! <3
