All the goodness of fruitcake in bite-sized crunchy cookies.
I am not a huge fan of Christmas Fruitcake. It’s not that I don’t like them, I do like and eat them even but I just can’t eat a lot of it because they are somehow too rich. However, when it comes to cookies, I can eat them like there’s no tomorrow.
I baked these mouth-watering FRUITCAKE COOKIES yesterday.
See, just like the traditional Christmas fruitcake but in bite-sized crunchy cookies.
Making the fruitcake cookies is relatively easy except the chopping part. There’s a lot of chopping required for this.
Such beautiful fruitcake cookie dough. I refrigerate them before baking. The entire house smells like Christmas when I was baking these cookies.
