A different kind of dumpling
This year we celebrated the Dragon Boat Festival differently. For once, we were neither back in my nor Darling’s hometown. We stayed put here in the Klang Valley. That also means that we would not be able to savor the delicious dumplings from our families. For that very same reason, I tried making dumplings but because I have never done this before, I do not know how to tie the dumplings. Hence I did it differently and came out with this Crystal Red Bean Dumpling recipe. My creation got noticed and we were featured in The Star newspaper yesterday.
