Quick & Easy Sardine Puff Recipe
Ayden is allowed to bring snacks to school every Wednesday. I’m at my wits end trying to think of what to let him share with his friends once a week.
Today, I decided to get him bake his own sardine puff and if it is a success, he’ll bake this for his friends this Wednesday. True enough, it is a HUGE success because we used store bought pastry and canned sardineĀ 😁
Ingredients:
Frozen Puff pastry (thaw before using)
Canned Sardine
Onion
Salt to taste
Egg (for egg wash)
Watch this video to see how easy it is to make these awesomely beautiful and equally delicious SARDINE PUFF. If little Ayden can do it, so can you :)

Good that he make and bring his own snack. Nice.
Only on Wed? Other days, food provided by preschool?? Over here, we prepare their snacks.
The school provides food every day but they are allowed to bring snacks on Wednesdays only. So Ayden is excited to bring snacks on Wednesdays but I am running out of ideas what to prepare for him. Haha.
I love the frozen puff pastry, so convenient to use.
