Ayam oh Ayam
We were back in my in-law’s place during the recent Chinese New Year break. There wasn’t much to do over there but the boys got the opportunity to be Kampung boys. One of the activity Ayden loves the most is playing with the chicks (as in ANAK AYAMs).
Disclaimer: No AYAMS were hurt in the making of this blog post. My sister-in-law was attacked by the mother hen though while she was taking this chick away from it. Mother’s instinct is universal. It was only looking after its chick. Haha.

It is good to let the kids be kampung kids once a while. Like my kids; back to hometown every year end. Haha.
Ayden not scare of the chick? Brave boy.
Ayden is not afraid of those chicks. He loves to play with them and also the cats unlike Ethan. Haha.
Good to let Ayden and Ethan have a feel of kampung life, can freely run around here and there, chase the chickens too.
They can’t really run around coz my in-law’s place is a rumah kedai but yeah, they have a chicken coop at the back so the most the kids can still play with those.
this anak ayam looks like a mini adult ayam lol. good to have some kampung feel, is a fun experience we are missing out in the city.
I thought the same too. It is like a miniature version of the adult rooster. LoL.
Next time you come Penang, you find me, I bring you to eat deep fried ayam chick for real! Yum yum!!
Seriously? Ayam chick? Kesian nyer… macam eating suckling pig.
That a chick? Aren’t they nice and yellow fluffy lovely things?
Eh haha. Urm.. then what do we call these mature looking anak ayam?
So nice that they can play with ayam unlike city folks especially Singapore who can only eat it. Lol… They not scared ah ? How ably you ? Dare to touch ?
Nope, I did not touch it. I don’t even feel the need to touch it. LoL.
It’s good to let out city kids experience the kampung life.
