It’s Valentine’s in the air and we made our way to one of our favourite hotels, the Grand Dorsett Subang. This place is nostalgic for us as we celebrated our Wedding Anniversary and my birthday here recently.

This time we are here in Terazza Brasserie’s cosy ambience influenced in a trendy Mediterranean setting to light up some Valentine’s romance.

From RM260.00++ per couple inclusive of 2 glasses of sparkling wine or your choice of freshly squeezed fruit juice and a stalk of lovely rose for me, here’s what we got.

Smoke Salmon Rose serve with Honey Mustard Dressing and Feta Cheese & Grilled Watermelon With Balsamic Glazed

Roasted Tomato Basil Oil Soup Serve with Herbs bread Rolls with Butter

This warm and comforting bowl of soup is good for the soul. Coupled with moist herb bread rolls this could not be any better.

Orange Shorbet on Love Shape Ice Carving

This has got to be the highlight of our dinner. The Orange Shorbet is nicely placed on a beautiful love shape ice carving with flickering lights dancing in it. I just cant get enough of this. It’s simply beautiful I wanna cry in delight!

Oven Baked Rack of Lamb Glaze with Apricot and Fig Confit serve with Wild Mushroom & Potato Ragout and Sage with Asparagus Fitters

Darling had this moist lamb glaze while I had fish.

Pan Fried Sea Bass Fillet with Balsamic Drizzle serve with Tri Color Sweet Potato Mash and Avocado Tomato Salsa & Green Pepper Corn Foam

Being a fish person, I always opt for fish instead of red meat. The tri color sweet potato mash is simply awesome with each giving just the right combination of sweet and saltiness to complement this meal.

Pinky Creamy Macaroon with Raspsberry fruit

We indulged in creamy macarons and rich chocolate to end our lovely meal.

We love the Valentine’s set here as not only are they romanticly delicious, they are also actually very wholesome and healthy!

Grand Dorsett has never failed us and we are sure we’ll be back again to celebrate more special occassions here. This place is close to our heart and also close to our home :D
