Expecting Mums : Are you absorbing enough nutrients?
Double lines on the pregnancy test kit means positive. Congratulations, you are pregnant.
I remembered seeing those double lines for the very first time when I conceived Ethan. Darling was still asleep. I got super excited yet I did not want to wake him. I left the test kit on the bathroom sink and went to work. At work an hour later, I got a call from Darling asking if it was true. We both squealed in delight!
What happens after finding out you are pregnant? Your hands immediately start stroking your belly as you know there is a life growing in you. A bond is created between you and your baby. Immediately you vow to give your best to your baby.
For the unborn baby, what’s most important is getting sufficient and the right nutrient from the mother. We do our best to eat healthily and taking extra vitamin supplements as we know the baby absorbs nutrition from us.
But the question here is, are we able to absorb enough nutrition to pass on to our child for healthy growth? More often than not, pregnant women will encounter indigestion and may not be absorbing those nutrient needed.
New Anmum Materna with Probio DR10 and Prebiotic helps support a good digestive system for optimum nutrient absorption.
Probiotic are good bacteria which can provide us with digestive system benefits. Prebiotic provide ‘food’ for Probiotics which then supports the growth.
In order to have good digestive system we need to have the presence of both Probiotic and Prebiotic.
Probio DR10 is a type of probiotic originated from yogurt. Prebiotic like Inulin in Anmum Materna originated from plant is also a source of dietary fibre.
Pregnant mums have a special connection with their child. We are their sole source for comfort and well-being. We are what they are hence it is important for pregnant mums to create the optimum environment for baby’s healthy growth. We choose Anmum Materna because we know it is the best. It is the No.1 pre-natal milk in Malaysia.
Expecting mums need to get enough calcium to help build strong bones. Folic acid is important during pregnancy to prevent Neural Tube Disorder (NTD). Mommies-to-be also need iron for red blood formation needed to deliver oxygen to the child. It is also important to have sufficient level of folate during pregnancy for the development and growth of the child’s spinal bone and Anmum Materna is able to provide 100% daily folate requirements when taken according to recommendation.
Indigestion… No more!

Yes after I tested positive, immediately I told my hubby about the good news.
Congrats, Vicky. I bet you must be very excited and trilled. Being a mom is so wonderful despite all the challenges we have to face. Not only our body will change completely but our whole world. I can still remember the time when i was in States and i found out that i was pregnant. My husband was at work (double shift) and i was not working then. I wasn’t sure if i’m suppose to be excited or afraid. Time was pretty bad at that time..but GOD knows what’s best and somehow we manage to over come it. My son was born via C-section as he was huge..3.9kg. Looking at him makes it all worth while…
God bless.
