Telling Time

Blogging has changed both Ethan and my life. Through blogging we’ve met many good people who now form an important part of our lives. One such person who have bonded with Ethan is this dude. Though he has not met Ethan personally, they’ve been having web cam chats regularly. Being a lecturer, teaching runs in his blood and during those chat sessions with Ethan, he has given my little rascal some impromptu lessons. This week’s lesson is on telling time and these are what Ethan has achieved in a week.

He is able to tell the time.

He is able to adjust the hands of the clock according to the time told.

And he is also able to tell time such as 1.30, 2.30 and so on.

I never thought Ethan will be able to do these yet, but he did. And for that, I’m grateful. Thank you Kev. Never thought I’ll say this but, you’ve been a great friend :)

Clever boy. But do remember that early learning should be fun. Never force them into something that may rob them of their childhood. Many over-anxious/ambitious parents do that…and end up causing more harm than good.
