Craft for Toddlers: Rock Painting
Today’s craft is inspired by the colourful rocks found in big brother Ethan’s school.
Ayden follows Ethan on Saturdays for big brother’s Taekwondo class. He loves the colorful rocks in the school compound. That prompted me to let him paint his own rock.
Materials needed are acrylic paints, paint brush, an empty egg carton for the paintsĀ and an empty Vitagen bottle to wash the paint brush.
You can always use a paint palette but I prefer to recycle the egg carton before disposing them.
I let him paint whatever colours he likes. It is after all his own masterpiece.
The finished artwork. Love the vibrant colours he chose.
Here is the video of Ayden painting. He talks a lot in this video, naming each colour as he proceeds.. EnjoyĀ

Clever boy!!! It is fun. I just collected few rocks from a family outing in family park. For the garden collection. Lol.
Ayden is so happy to be painting rocks. Just look at his happy face!
Like mother like son, Ayden has good talent in art & craft like you :)
