A fruitful weekend

We were back in my hometown last weekend and it was indeed a fruitful one as we got to meet many of my relatives. My mom’s place is special as most of her siblings live nearby. By nearby I meant they live right behind or next to her. The entire neighbourhood is made up of her siblings except those that sold off their house.

The first relative we met was my mom’s brother’s daughter’s children. Haha. I know right. I got confused just typing that out :P

Jo-Ann’s kids. Done! The girl next to Ayden is only 2 months older than him. It was extremely difficult to get all 4 kids to sit still for a picture. This picture was accomplished when Jo distract them with a ball >_<

The next day, I quickly brought Ayden and Ethan to another uncle’s house to meet up with this pretty girl.

My cousin’s daughter. Done! This girl is barely a month older than Ayden.

After that, we dropped by my aunt’s house (just behind my mom’s). Look what greeted us in her garden…

Malacca gecko

Goodness. I was not aware of that. There we were, standing under a shady tree happily chatting away when I suddenly caught sight of that fella. OK. No babies to visit at this aunt of mine yet but worry not for just next month, she’s expecting her first grand daughter. So excited, I can’t wait!

Then I went to visit my eldest uncle and kidnapped this baby:

YuH! This one must PINCH! I can say almost every house here has a baby with this being the youngest at the moment.

‘Marshmallow’ with my Dad. Yes, her mom calls her Marshmallow and her bro, Meatball! Haha ^_^

After we are done visiting all the toddlers and baby, we got busy annoying Grandpa:

Look at Ayden kepoh-ing there. The Grandpa was very busy trimming a palm tree and is very proud of the result. So proud that he told me to take a pic of it and blog about it! :O

There! My father’s masterpiece! I know right… I.dont.know.what.to.say…. -.-

It was a very fruitful weekend. My parents will be leaving for a trip to China on Thursday. Safe journey and happy holidays to them :)
