KOSÉ SEKKISEI Lotion Mask
I was privileged to be invited to attend the KOSÉ SEKKISEI Lotion Mask workshop @ Pavillion recently.
Being a tired second time mother to 6-month old Ayden, my skin is dull and dehydrated hence it was an evening of luxury as I got to try, feel, experience and be pampered with KOSÉ SEKKISEI Lotion Mask 10x Hydration that grants me translucent and whitening skin!
KOSÉ’s bestselling skincare range
We were first guided on removing our make-up and thoroughly cleansing our face to prepare it for mask. We used KOSÉ’s white cleansing cream. Next, we were taught on how to prepare their star product – KOSÉ SEKKISEI Lotion Mask 10x Hydration.
KOSÉ SEKKISEI Lotion Mask 10x Hydration.
Consists of THREE main ingredients; coix seed extract, angelica extract and melothria (white lotus), these oriental plant extracts give deep translucency even for dull skin. A lotion that creates fine-textured, hydrated “snow-white” skin.
Coix Seed Extract effects such as increased metabolism, whitening, moisturization and prevention of skin roughness.
Angelica Extract has disinfectant, whitening and moisturizing effects while
Melothria (White Lotus) extract suppress melanin production has whitening effects on the skin.
It is pretty simple to prepare the lotion mask.
1) Put the mask into the cap.
2) Pour SEKKISEI Lotion into cap until it reaches the line.
3) Allow mask to absorb lotion till it puffs up.
4) Unfold the mask and place onto clean face for 5-10mins.
Because I have very dehydrated skin, I was advised to dap on KOSÉ SEKKISEI Lotion on my face before applying the mask for optimum hydration.
Boo! LoL! Us, before turning into Snow White! :P
After 10 minutes, remove mask and tap the excess lotion into the skin until it is absorbed. No rinsing is necessary. Skin is now fair, radiant and translucent like SNOW ^_^
After masking, I applied Sekkisei emulsion; a quick absorbing, lightweight moisturizer with highly emollient formula that brightens and softens skin. It contains Vitamin C to reduce melanin production. My skin is now ready for make-up. I used Sekkisei BB Cream 02 for natural skin.
I’m such a noob I don’t even know how to draw my own eyebrows but it was all good as the lovely assistants at the workshop helped me with my light make-up. I did not put on any lip color as we were treated to some refreshment after the workshop.
Refreshments for us.
I totally forgotten about my bare lips as it was already time to nurse Ayden then. Yes, he followed me to the workshop! A nursing mother got to do what a nursing mother has to do and has no choice but to bring the baby along! At least now I’m feeling all fair and beautiful while nursing :D
I brought home all these after the workshop. KOSÉ really spoils me. Maybe they know I’m approaching 40 in a few more years and needs all the hydration I can get for my skin to keep them moist and fair!
