How to get a kid to eat vegetables

If there is one flaw in Ethan, it must be the fact that he doesn’t like fruits. Getting him to eat fruits is like forcing him to take poison. I’ve given up coaxing him to eat fruits. He doesn’t like juices as well but occasionally will gulp down a glass of freshly blended apple juice just so his Mommy won’t cry that all her efforts has gone to waste.

To balance things up, I have to make sure he eats his greens. Thank goodness he is still okay with vegetables so it’s still not the end of the world.

He loves his greens to be colorful and his favourite is this rainbow mixed vege with fishballs and anchovies. I alternate between french beans and broccoli or just dump in anything I can find in the fridge.

Ethan does not fancy leafy vegetables though and the only one he’ll accept is spinach. So yeah, I cook a lot of that too. I think deep down my boy has Popeye’s blood >_<
