Luncheon Meat Egg roll
I’ve been wanting to post this up for some time now but never had the time until today :D My mother prepares this simple meal for us often as all of us loves it. She gave me 2 cans of luncheon meat the last time I went back hometown so I thought of trying making this myself. This is the first time I’m making this so let’s see how it turns out!
Luncheon meat roll
First, whisk two eggs and fry on a non-stick pan. My mom can make them very thin but I failed hence mine turned out thick :(
Mince the meat and brown them in a nonstick pan. No need to add oil as the meat is already very oily.
Can you see the oil coming out from the meat? The minced luncheon meat is now nicely browned.
Transfer the browned minced meat onto the egg and roll it.
Squeeze some tomato sauce on it and serve. My mother can roll it until very round and tight while mine is flat and the meat is loose inside. I think I need more practice but Darling and Ethan love this nevertheless and that is all that matters! :D
