Submerryn’s Sandwich
I kenot cook but I can make wicked sandwiches. They don’t name me Submerryn Sandwich for NOTHING! *okay so they call me the Yellow Submarine and not Submerryn Sandwich, but let’s not talk about that today… :P*
Submerryn’s Signature Tuna Sandwich
Did I tell you that I love fish? Yeah I know.. like for the millionth’ time :D
So easy ni-lah. The Submerryn always use short-cut in her life. To make the famous Submerryn Signature Tuna Sandwich, all you need is a loaf of Gardenia bread (yes, it MUST be Gardenia :P, and NO, Gardenia did not pay me for this entry *which I think they should!* :D)
You’ll also need a can of Tuna in Mayonnaise, butter spread and cucumber. Woolah! So simple isn’t it? Submerryn doesn’t do things from scratch. Everything is bought from Jaya Jusco. (There, there…. Jusco isn’t paying me for this entry neither….)
So basically all you need is a quick trip to 1Utama to get all of the above at their awesome newly renovated Jusco Supermarket. Since we are talking about 1Utama, have you got your ONECard yet? You better or you’ll be paying RM1 extra for parking! (Again, I insist to stress that this is NOT a sponsored post! :P)
Sorry… let’s get back to the sandwich now shall we? :D
Do the basics for a great sandwich ie. spread butter on bread, place sliced cucumbers on buttered bread, spread tuna on cucumbers and place a buttered bread on top. Cut into 8 bite-sized pieces. I’ll be serving these to little kids so what better way than to place each bite-sized piece in a mini muffin cup? That way they can hold the muffin cups instead of touching the sandwich direct with their germs infested fingers >_<
As for the adults, I like to add a dash of class to my famous sandwich by sprinkling parsley flakes all over. I’d love to do that for the kids too but you know how majority of kids are, they’ll run a mile away at the slightest sight of GREEN on their food!
So there you go, the famous Submerryn’s Signature Tuna Sandwich! :D

No fresh onions? It will give the Tuna an extra flavour. But many kids hate onions too.
