Quickie Fish

You know I’ve not been feeling well lately right? The throbbing headache just won’t end. I told myself to give it another day and I’ll go see the Doc but… sigh.. I just don’t like seeing Docs 
Anyway, Darling has been super nice to me when I’m down. He’ll go pack lunch and dinner for Ethan and I so that I don’t need to slog in the kitchen. But me being ME (being ever so hard to pleased 
) still have the cheek to complain that I’m bored with the take out food. Hello, I cannot survive on noodle soup~lah! I need some spice in my life, sick or not

I need some spice in my life, sick or not So that day, I remembered my mother gave me a bottle of Nyonya sauce. I also remembered she gave me some fish. Thank you Mummy, you are the best! So I took out the fish, let it defrost, put some Gimson Nyonya sauce on it and steam it until just nice.
The fragrant aroma quickly filled up the kitchen and then the whole house! Took a sip of the gravy and YUM! Delicious! It tasted so good with just the right amount of lemon grass and torch ginger. It is quite spicy too! I did not add anything extra and it turned out just NICE. Yummy.. salivating ody.
I went to Jusco recently to look for this, but.. don’t have~lah. I need to call my mother and ask her where in the world she got this Nyonya sauce from..
