Of Elmo, EyeQ and Daphne Iking

Whoa, today is sure one hectic day for muah! First, I brought Ethan to my second home to catch Elmo and Cookie Monster. We were there half an hour early so we had some time to kill before Elmo comes. Ethan solved the puzzle while waiting…

Next, we went to the Gain EyeQlympix

Upon registration, Ethan was lead to the first activity – Music Matcher - where he learns to listen and repeat; learning through repetition and rhythm and musical recognition.

Then he went bowling with a twist – Bowling by Numbers - this is where his physical coordination and basic arithmetic are put to the test

Up next was the Colour Maker – something he does almost everyday; matching colours to discover new ones

This was fun – Tumbling Tower – he got to remove as many blocks as possible without bringing the tower down in a test of logic and bravery

I think he loves this the most! Memory Maze – a test of spatial recognition. Of course, he found his way out

Upon completion of all tasks, he got to claim his Gold Medal. See, like a champion he proudly flaunts his medal

Well, if you are game enough you can even let your little one go through the audition for the Eye Q Ambassador. I let Ethan have his one minute of fame and guess what? He was suppose to recite his 12 months of the year but he did it SO soft that only the MC can hear it.. FAIL! He did give his trademark smile though

Last but not least, guess who we met? Just look at him smiling shyly there… Two beauties and one blushing boy. Of course they are non other than the ever so lovely Daphne Iking and her cutie pie Isobel. Just like Ethan, Isobel is turning 3 soon too. *Muaks muaks* girl, you are just too cute

wow…so much fun. Must go but just hope that my boy can be as brave as Ethan. I'm afraid my boy will again act like the 'koala bear'. Ethan boy is so brave and clever.
