Read with Ayden: Peppa’s Busy Day
I homeschool Ayden. I think I have said that too many times.
The benefit of homeschooling is we have the leisure of time in our hands. It is up to me to draw up a schedule for little Ayden and learning is not confined to home only. I bring him out on week days when there is lesser crowd in the mall. We go to the bookstore to read some books. Sometimes we’ll buy the book home if he really loves it. Most of the time I buy magazines for myself. We need magazines at home to squash roaches especially during this rainy season
Ayden learns a lot at the bookstore. He learns to read as well as colours, counting and many more.
I let him pick his own book to read. Earlier this week he read the book, “Peppa’s Busy Day”. It tells the story of Peppa Pig’s daily routine and it also teaches time. Hence I decided that Ayden’s learning theme this week shall be TIME.

The book has a clock with adjustable hands for kids to learn to tell time.
Ayden enjoys this book as much as he enjoys the many other books out there.
I am happy Ayden, just like big brother Ethan, loves reading. When they are busy reading, I get busy checking out recipe books for future projects.
Check out this video of Ayden reading Peppa’s Busy Day:

Great that your boy loves reading.
You are so patient to teach both Ayden and Ethan when he was young.
He has his father’s eyes, right? Think I read somewhere that the new Education Minister is all in favour of home-schooling.
So cute lah!
You are the best mummy in this world for spending quality time to see your boys grow up well. Home schooling is definitely good at his age.
