What happened to the EGG?!!
I went to bed at 12midnite sharp last night and woke up at 9.30am! Fuiyo I think I’ve repaid all my ‘sleep debts’! Woke up feeling fresh and upbeat. Sang all the way to the kitchen, dancing to the fridge, took out 3 eggs and happily broke one into the wok. BUT….
What happened to that egg? How come it turned out like that? Why so ‘flowery’ one? Normally my eggs will turn out nice and not that ‘crumpled’! I need EGGs-pert help! Anybody know where I went wrong?
Was it my singing? Could it be because of my dancing? o.O
I’ll NEVER sing nor dance in the kitchen again!
The oil too hot?? ;)
Wow! That's the best egg omelette I have ever seen !! :p
Although the look is not perfect, but i believe it taste great, rite?
HUh?! I thought the egg looks prefect(to me)?! Was that any wrong with the egg?!!!*scratch head*
CHRIS!!!!!!! Omelette ur head! hmmph! o.O
Was it direct from the fridge? Maybe the drastic change of temperature caused the egg to kecut and berkedut? I oso dunno ler… me no chef either :p But your "crumpled" egg still looks good to me :)
You don't need Eggspert la, just stop singing and dancing when you cook! Haha!!
But the egg still look delicious!! Yummy! I want one!
Make it two!! : D
I think too much oil?
Why your eggs stuck together like that? You fried them together kah?You need medium heat and about 1 tablespoon of oil to fry one egg. If the heat is too low, the egg takes longer time to cook and becomes rubbery. I googled one..hehe.
I prefer my eggs well cooked than wobbly looking.. hehehe..
It looked more like a genetically modified egg. :p
Eggs not fresh liao, normally after 5 days sitting in room temperature the egg yolk will not be round anymore will not float in the middle of the white. Therefore when you cook it, the egg yolk will not sit in the middle of the egg white and tends to spread around and easily broken. see real funny video of eggs at my blog, cheers!http://funnycrazyhappyvideo.blogspot.com/2010/04/dont-crack-another-egg.html
the egg looks for 'pretty' ;)
