Lazy me..
*Recycle pic*
Call me lazy or anything.. Alright just call me LAZY because I am! Can you imagine this – Ethan has been off diapers right after his second birthday. He is even off diapers during playground and nap time BUT I made him wear diapers when we go out. The reason? I am too lazy to rush to the washroom each time he needed to pee and also considering that the loo is not the cleanest part of a shopping mall!
But right after his third birthday, Darling decided it’s time to stop the diapers. I shriek in horror :P *lazy~lah tu!*
So the very first time we went to the mall without diapers (Ethan), Darling was around to bring Ethan to the loo each time he needed to pee. Ethan drinks a lot of water so he needs to go very often. We were in Ikea with a trolley fully loaded when he needed to pee so Darling went with him. At the end of the day, Darling was exhausted from running to the loo ever so often. *Good for him :P*
Today, I went to Ikea with Ethan alone. In a span of 3 hours, I had to bring him to the loo 4 times! I was in the midst of shopping for stationeries in Popular when he needed to go so I had to leave everything down and bring him to the loo. And then go back to Popular to get that basket and pay for those things!
Actually, I was the one who was too anxious. Ethan could still hold but I was so afraid that he might wet his pants that I just rushed him to the loo. After the forth time rushing, I decided to take it slow and steady and what do you know? He’s ok and am able to tell me NOT to run.. *slap forehead*
For now, I’m very happy. Another milestone finally achieved – for Mummy and Daddy – that is to bring Ethan out without diapers :P
wah… save a lot too ..now no need to buy diapers..
Indeed a milestone. Hmm…I wonder when Jordan can achieve this. :p
It takes time but he has learned to be diaper-less. Good for both of u. :)

Well done Ethan…save money mah…no need to buy diapers…how bt nite time? Still on diapers?
I oso prefer to let the kids wear diapers when we're out. Esp for as girl, I cannot tahan dirty toilets. Wat I do for ah boy now is to bring a spare diaper. If there's no toilet nearby or we're bz shopping/something, jes let him pee into the diaper.
this happen to me often. When ever i do my grocerry shopping or any shopping alone with two of them. I have to put the things at a side and bring them to toilet then come back to paid the money. :(Now when ever we go out, pass by toilet, i make sure they go in pee first before continue my shopping. hahahhaha
