Our Earth Hour

Where were you and what did you do during the recent Earth Hour? As for me, we were at Philea Resort & Spa, Ayer Keroh Malacca. Awesome place!
We had dinner at Nusantara with our blogger friends. At 8.30pm sharp, Philea turned off all non-essential lights and we dined in ‘darkness’. Romantic to the max!

They even organised an interesting activity to fill up the entire one hour. We were given a drawing block each and we are suppose to draw anything to the theme of “Loving Mother Earth”.
Ethan drew and coloured a fish, representing the ocean life. He knows how important it is to keep the ocean alive.. for Ocean is Where the Submerryn Is!

The kids were given a token of appreciation each upon submission of their art work.
It was a perfect evening dining with close friends and family and this is the first time we’ve actually participated in an Earth Hour event. Kudos to Philea Resort & Spa for their green effort. Keep it up!

hehehe, i switched off the lights at 8:30pm sharp, but then after 10 minutes cannot stand the darkness and switched it on again, so pai seh~~ :p
