How to make FLUFFY CHOCOLATE PANCAKES
Ayden been pestering me for pancakes just because the cartoon he’s watching eats pancake for breakfast hence he wants to have pancakes for breakfast too 
You know me, if I think it is a simple task, I’ll make the boys do it themselves. Pancakes definitely falls into the EASY category so instead of me making them, I let Ayden make them for us.
Can you see how happy he is making pancakes? He’s anticipating eating them just like his favourite cartoon characters do.
The basic ingredients for a perfect and fluffy chocolate pancakes – 1 egg, 1 cup milk, 1 cup plain flour, 1/3 cup cocoa powder, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt
Just mix everything together to get a runny batter, drop a spoonful of it on a non-stick pan and flip it over when one side is done. So easy, I don’t understand why there are people out there who buy premix flour to make pancakes.

What a clever chef this Ayden is! I had never eaten chocolate pancakes except plain ones with syrup or honey. Must be nice since I love chocolates.
