Super Easy 端午节 Crystal Red Bean Dumpling
The Dragon Boat Festival is fast approaching. Due to the current situation we are all in, we won’t be able to balik kampung to celebrate but that doesn’t mean we can’t try making our own dumplings.
HOWEVER, the problem is we don’t know how to fold and tie dumplings and with the limited resources we have at home, I had to improvise to come up with this super easy ‘cheat’ way of NO FOLD, NO TIE Crystal Red Bean sweet dumpling.
Jadi la… asalkan the budak-budak happy and we as a family did something fun together 😄

An aunt just tell us this morning the easier method to wrap bak chang. Use a triangle frame, fold the leaf accordingly to the frame. Havent try that yet. Thia yeat, hubby orders from a friend as usual. Her bak chang is nice. To collect in 2 weeks time.
