Resipi Cucur Ikan Bilis

It is the holy month of Ramadan now. We miss buying those local kuih muih at Ramadan bazaar hence we try to make some ourselves. It is a bit tough as I have limited ingredients at home but I do have everything to make Cucur Ikan Bilis. The boys love this very much that they are already requesting to make it again.

Bahan-bahan / Ingredients:

2 cawan tepung gandum  / 2 cups wheat flour
1 cawan air / 1 cup water
1/2 sudu kecil garam / 1/2 teaspoon salt
5 Daun batang (hiris) / 5 spring onion 
1 Cili (hiris) / 1 chili
1 Bawang besar (hiris) / 1 big onion
1 genggam ikan bilis / 1 handheld anchovies
Minyak untuk menggoreng / oil for frying

    Now THIS I would want to try! Thanks for sharing. Usually, the lady of the house would make…but once in a blue moon. So I would buy from outside – now that I cannot go out as I like I will have to make my own, cannot wait till the cows come home. Sobssss!!!!
