4-IN-1 Buffet Dinner At ROYALE SONGKET Restaurant
Royale Songket Restaurant at Grand BlueWave Hotel Shah Alam is offering a new themed buffet dinner, namely, 4-in-1 Buffet Dinner. The grand and lavish dinner buffet features BBQ and Grill, Italian Dishes, Japanese Cuisine and Malaysian Favourite menu.
Diners can start indulging on refreshing appetisers and a salad bar, consists of Salad, Mixed Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, Carrot, Caesar Station, Gherkin, Oliver, Kalamata, Sunday Tomato, Boil Eggs, Croutons, Kidney Bean, Corn, Gado – Gado, Tossed Mozzarella Cheese, Tomato & basil Salad with Olive Oil, 7 Herbs Dressing and Condiments.
The highlight of the buffet is definitely BBQ & Grill at our carving station consists of Grill Lamb Cutlet, Beef Steak Ribs, BBQ Chicken and Mini Pizza.
Another thing to look forward is Seafood on Ice station which serve Tiger Prawn and Black Mussels.
Apart from the carving station and seafood on ice, the buffet spread features Malaysian favourite menu such as Chicken Satay, Ayam Masak Lemak, Vegetable Dhall, Chicken Fried Rice with Vegetable & Cashew Nut, and Deep Fried Fish Sweet & Sour.
In addition, there will be Japanese Station for Japanese food lovers such as Sushi, Sashimi, Tempura, Teppanyaki and Miso Soup. Guest can expect to enjoy Western cuisines such as Black Pepper Steak, Lamb with Rosemary & Garlic, Grilled Seasonal Squid and Mussel which can be found in Grill Section Meat & Seafood.
Experience more flavours of Italian dishes such as Spaghetti Bolognaise and Cream Sauce and Mexican Nachos which can be found at Sri Tanjung BBQ Area alongside with other choices consists of Arizona Baked Beans, Roasted Potatoes with Capsicum & Cajun Spices, French Fries, Corn on Cobs, Cheezy Meatball, Arabic Shawarma and Mini Burger. Another stall will serve Noodle Mongolian BBQ, Prawn Maha Celup Tepung and Ketam Celup Tepung.
To add on the excitement for the delightful buffet, our pastry team has prepared tempting desserts which are Coconut Pudding, Chocolate Panna Cotta, Baked Pineapple & Caramel Tart, Mixed Berry Financiers, Longan & Honeydew Melon Terrine, Chilled Red Bean & Sago Soup, Mango – Mandarian Pudding and many more!
