Tung Yuen Chinese Restaurant at Grand BlueWave Hotel Shah Alam once again presents the new All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum (AUCE Dim Sum) package but this time, it is served with Szechuan Cuisines and Dessert which would not disappoint dim sum lovers.

Literally meaning ‘touch the heart,’ dim sum refers to the dumplings and other small bites that do indeed produce an emotional response.

In All You Can Eat Dim Sum, diners can expect 13 varieties of dim sum that you can eat as much as you want namely Steam Chicken Dumpling with Ebiko, Fresh Prawn Crystal Dumpling, Steam Jade Dumpling, Steam Crabmeat Ball with Crall Roll Dumpling, Black Mushroom Dumpling, Steam Jaded Dry Scallop Dumpling, Steam Flower Prawn Siew Mai, Steam BBQ Chicken Bun, Deep Fried Yam Ball, Deep Fried Vietnamese Spring Roll, Pan Fried Shanghai Gua Tie, Deep Fried Beancurd Roll with Spicy Chili Sauce, Steam Glutinous rice with Chicken and Mushroom (Loh Mai Kai).
