Movie Time: Spider-Man: Far From Home
Hello! Wow, I’ve not updated my blog for quite some time now. I’ve been busy sorting pictures to be printed on our photobooks. You see, the thing about digital pictures is I got lazy to print them out and has been keeping them in my hard drive for ages. The last we printed anything was when Ethan was a year old.
But I do have some of the boys’ current pictures that I printed myself using my inkjet printer. Not bad the quality but the ink cartridge is quite expensive as they run out very quickly when printing photos.
Recently, for my parent’s wedding anniversary, I compiled pictures of their anniversary celebration a couple of years ago and printed them into a photobook and got it delivered straight to their house. They love it so much and that prompted me to get our pictures printed out too.
In case you don’t know what a photobook is, it is an album where you can design your own layout online and get it printed and delivered straight to your home. Below is an example of a page out of my photobook:
So here I am, sitting in front of my computer; compiling a decade worth of pictures to be sent for printing hence the silence in my blog.
Anyway, it is the weekend and that means family fun time. We went to catch Spiderman: Far From Home. We watched it on IMAX for maximum satisfaction because I am a huge fan of Tom Holland. That boy is simply too cute!
Ayden woke up early and excitedly put on his Spiderman tee to watch this movie.
Spider-Man: Far From Home is an absolutely amazing movie and watching it in the IMAX theatre simply optimize the experience. Huge screen, no heads blocking our view, heart-pounding audio… I’m starting to sound like I am paid to promote IMAX but I’m not. LoL. I noticed that the boys (especially Ayden) can pay better attention in an IMAX theatre so we try to get IMAX each time we go to the movies BUT we have to be selective as it is quite costly to watch in IMAX. Ticket price is about RM20/person or RM24/person for 3D. The ticket price for both children and adult are the same.
Back to Spider-Man: Far From Home, we truly enjoyed every minute of it. We stayed glued to the screen throughout that 2 hours 10 minutes movie. Do remember to stay back for the two post-credit scenes as they’re very, very important… It will make you go, “What?!”
THE END
