Koyara Hampers For A Healthier New Year

We will be welcoming the Year of the Boar in just a little less than a month. What used to be a wish for wealth and prosperity, we now wish others good health and happiness followed by a prosperous new year as we see the importance of health over wealth.

Chinese New Year is also a time for giving; whether in the form of the popular traditional red packet filled with money or in the form of other material goods such as hampers. But be very careful as there are some basic rules to follow when selecting and giving a gift at any time of the year, especially for Chinese New Year.

This is why I always leave hamper packing to the professionals. My choice of hamper provider has always been Koyara.com. I first got to know of Koyara when Darling’s workplace engaged them to customize Chinese New Year hampers for his clients a couple of years ago.

Unlike most common hamper providers who filled their hampers with junk snacks that is near their expiry dates, the items in the hampers provided by Koyara are carefully selected and consisted of organic and natural products much to our delight.

I came across Koyara again when I received a Koyara hamper last weekend. After being the giver for the past two years, it is nice to finally be on the receiving end this year.

A Koyara hamper we can call our own

Clearly labelled and beautifully packed, my hamper contains bird’s nest, Pu Er tea biscuits, handmade longevity noodles, mountain ginseng, premium flower mushrooms, premium snow fungus, natural red dates and two bottles of assorted premium nuts – almond, cashew, walnut and cranberry.

The boys can’t wait to open the hamper as they saw their favourite mixed nuts in there and Mummy approves to such healthy snack.

But I’m not going to let them open the hamper just yet. Such magnificent hamper deserves to be displayed for a while, at least until Chap Goh Mei :-D

Anyway.. DID YOU SEE THE SIZE OF THE MUSHROOMS?!!

They’re so freaking HUGE, it’s bigger than the cookie tub!

The Koyara hamper I received is worth RM488. It is now on 10% discount for purchases made by 11th January 2019.

Koyara hampers price ranges from RM98 to RM988

Especially for this Chinese New Year of the Boar, Koyara has prepared 3 gift boxes and 9 hampers; each meant for a different group of people ie family, friends and business acquaintances.

What’s cooler is that besides the early bird discount, they even offer free shipping on orders exceeding RM50!

Do check out their website at Koyara.com for more selection and contact them for further information:

We have shops here selling such hampers too…but not those piggy cookies. Hint! Hint! LOL!!!

  • //

I do hate those hampers with jinks in them and usually we throw them away as don’t want kids to eat them.

Yeah and my boys love opening hampers. It is quite difficult to have to make them not eat the junk foods in the hampers that is why I am very happy to receive this healthy and thoughtful hamper.

Last year I received a hamper with expired chicken essence :( I don’t blame the giver as how would they know right? But sad to know that the hamper provider is not an honest one :(

Good to know that they hampers fit for different budgets. :D

Exactly. It gives us the flexibility to buy according to our budget and best of all they deliver for free for purchases as low as RM50.

Oh thanks for this info though I have never bought a hamper to give away and neither have I received one.
