Candy Fantasy Festivities
Dorsett Grand Subang hosted a Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony with Yang Berhormat Hannah Yeoh, State Assemblyman of Subang Jaya and the children of City Revival Children’s Home to launch its Candy Fantasy Festivities.
Hugo Gerritsen, Area General Manager of Dorsett Grand Subang was also joined by Datin Jasmin Abdullah Heng, Vice Chairman of Dorsett Hospitality International and Clarence Wong, Chief Operating Officer cum Chief Financial Officer of Dorsett Hospitality International for the festivities.
The annual charity event was part of Dorsett Grand Subang’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative to give back to the community and the underprivileged. Over the past year, they have initiated countless CSR events and programs from harnessing disabled youngsters with skills to become functional members of society to raising funds for charity.
This festive season, you can purchase Dorsett Bears with candy filled tins for RM50 to raise funds for the Children of City Revival Home but they welcome any sum of donation to help fulfil these children’s Christmas wishes.
Their wishes can be found hanging on the Christmas Tree next to the concierge.
We were also invited to join the merry making and I thought it is a good idea to introduce charity to the boys.

Instead of checking out the wish list, Ayden is more engrossed in checking out the candies! Tsk…
The children and guests were treated to a preview of Dorsett Grand Subang’s Christmas delights; such as Roasted Turkey with Cranberry Sauce & Chestnut Stuffing, Mince Pie, Christmas Yule Log and lots of sweet Christmas treats. All of these treats can be enjoyed on the eve of Christmas (24 December 2015) and Christmas Day (25 December 2015) at Terazza Brasserie.
