Drum Rehearsal
Ethan went to school late today as he attended a rehearsal earlier. He’ll be the opening act for a college’s talent competition this Friday (thanks to Piano Station for arranging it) and today is his first rehearsal.
Ethan in the music room while waiting for the hall to be ready. I like how the students padded the walls with egg cartons. I’ve always wanted to do this for Ethan’s drum room but never got about doing it. Maybe after seeing this, I’ll be motivated to start :D
Ayden.. tsk!
The cutest thing happened today. The people around us asked Ethan, “What’s your name?” to which he replied, “Ethan” but at the same time, little Ayden also replied, “Ayden”. The college students asked Ethan for his age and this Ayden goes around saying, “Two years old”. LoLoL! Don’t side track this little one. He’ll find his way back into the conversation. Hahaha.
Ethan on stage while the students transfered the drum onto the stage.
And this is Ethan drumming. He’ll be performing two songs on Friday. See where he is sitting. He’s sitting on the amplifier! Haha. Their drum stool’s too high for him. Must remember to bring our own stool on Friday.
He’ll have another rehearsal on Friday evening before the actual event starts at night. Ethan is excited. He loves performing and will jump at any opportunity to perform in front of an audience.
Ayden on the other hand, goes around posing with his copycat signature thumbs up. He can do it perfectly now :)
Good luck in your performance, Ethan. Thumbs up, eh? Good thing not one of the other fingers. Hehehehehe!!!! Hey! Ayden looks thin lah…and see that pic of him, he looks like you!
Ayden is not thin, he is tall. LoLoL! Okay lah, he’s thin. So when you said he looks like me means I am thin too? Hehe. Thank YOU! *dancing around in circles*
All the best to Ethan tonight! Good for him to be excited and gain exposure to performing on stage at a young age. Ayden is so cute, not to be left out. Looks like Ayden is interested to play the keyboard!
Thank you Mun. Yes, Ayden loves the keyboard but he doesn’t want to learn it yet. We’ll see when he is older, let him decide which instruments he want to master (that if he is keen to learn music lah)
