Raya decorative street lights @ Sunway

This year is such a disappointment when it comes to Raya decorations in shopping malls in the Klang Valley. Nothing worth to blog about hence you don’t see me posting any Raya decor BUT I can always count on the decorative street lighting in Sunway to cheer me up come any festive season. I love their Christmas street lights. Always beautiful, always mesmerizing. Now, even their Raya street lighting is beautifully done.

Let’s take a look:

Mesmerizing isn’t it? I love walking along the street under all these decorative lights.

Every festive season, Darling will make it a point to drive me to the streets of Sunway and we’ll take a slow stroll along the street to enjoy the beautiful lights. I hope they’ll continue to put up these decorative lights for years to come as it has become a little ‘tradition’ of ours. Now, Ethan and even Ayden is loving it too :)

Very nice, but lacks the authentic kampung feel to it. Will have to balik kampung for that, I guess.

At least they look nicer. Over here is very minimal.

The decor is very nice ! In SG , you have to go to certain places.

Thank you for the photos Merryn. Now I can enjoy the Sunway lights without having to go there to see for myself. Your photos brought back nice memories of my late father taking us as children to KL streets to see the “gerbang lights” displays a very very long time ago. Ethan and Ayden will have these sweet memories of enjoying the lights as a family too.
