Angry Birds Cable Car, Sentosa Singapore
We are BACK! We just got back from Singapore and this time around, the moment you touch down Changi Airport you’ll be surrounded by Angry Birds everywhere!
Angry Birds in Changi Airport, Singapore
Ethan mimicking the green pig >_<
The first thing we did after checking into our hotel in Mandarin Orchard was to take the MRT to HarbourFront for the World’s First Angry Birds™ Christmas-themed Cable Car atop Mount Faber.
Angry Birds Cable Car Ticketing Counter
Even the ticketing counter is Angry Birds infested!
Angry Birds Cable Car Ticket Price
We got our tickets at $29 (Adult) and $18 (Kid) at 6.30pm. We were contemplating if we should wait another half an hour for the Angry Bird Night Rider that starts from 7pm onwards as the ticket price for that is cheaper at $39 (Couple) and $13 (Additional Rider) but ended up not waiting as we did not want to waste more time.
The ride includes complementary mocktail drink in Angry Birds collectible cup. Our drink was Peach Tea and we took sips of that fragrant tea while enjoying the magnificent view of Singapore and Sentosa Island.
We were also given complimentary Angry Bird face mask >_<
We saw one Angry Bird plushie sitting at the corner as we entered the cabin.
There are Angry Birds everywhere in the cabin. There is even a TV playing Angry Birds in there.
Come night time, the Angry Birds cable car start to glow. They look like a huge lantern!
We did not try the cable car the last time we were in Singapore 2 years ago and this time we made sure it is in our TO DO list. It got even better with the Angry Birds Christmas theme ride. It made the ride much more interesting for Ethan. As for Darling and I, we enjoyed the breath-taking scenary from up above.
It might be a bit costly if we convert that $76 to RM but then again, we don’t do this everyday, do we?
