Rotating TV

A rotating TV! How cool is that?

You can choose to watch the TV at the comfort of your own bed…

Or rotate it and watch from the sofa. Remove the TV and you can pole dance in the privacy of your own bedroom! Genius!

The window of the Master Bathroom opens to the Master Bedroom. Romantic max!

LOL! Can pole dance in the bedroom? : D

    • //

One more skill I have to pick up! ^_^

  • //

The open air bathroom is OK provided there are no taller buildings nearby that people can use binoculars to view you showering : D

    • //

It’s ok to have taller buildings around, then I’ll be a Youtube sensation :P hehehe…

  • //

Wah! So cheap this semi-D! But then again so far from KL LOL!

    • //

If can get this price in PJ we surely buy dy kan?

  • //

    Nice house..you buy?

    • //

      Nice house… I wish!

  • //

But then we shouldn’t have TV in bedroom. :p

    • //

Nowadays very da modern dy…we shouldn’t have large mirrors by our bedside too but most interior designers are doing that these days.. :)

  • //

    Hello Merryn,

Thank you for stopping by my crib. You have a lovely blog here. U have a great week ahead now..cheers.

    • //

      Your crib? o.O

  • //

So nice…so beautiful…so expensive! LOL!!! Wait till I strike numbers first…

I don’t like the TV placed like that – bad feng shui for one thing…and getting up at night to go to the bathroom, half asleep…may just walk right into it. LOL!!!

    • //

haha… then you won’t be half asleep dy. Will definitely be TOTALLY awake with that loud, big bang! :P

  • //

The showhouse looked fantastic. You should have pics of the guardhouse and the surroundings. The concept of gated and guarded is appealing and connectivity is fantastic in this fast growing township with superb infrastructure. Hope i can retire here. Will go visit the showvillage again this weekend.

    • //

I’m just sharing the interior design ideas here hence the reason no pics of guardhouse and the surroundings. Love to retire here too if only I have the MONEY! >_<

  • //

Seremban punya housing price also shoot up ay… tak terfikir the house gonna cost about RM700K++.. few years back when my uncle beli, less than RM500K je… S2 jugak.. RB Land punya jugak… can la do investment.. another good point, you are nearer to Melaka! hehehe.. :p

    • //

Cyn… cannot afford lah. RM700 for an empty house u know. To furnish it to look like the above… my oh my….

  • //

Wow, the property price is shooting up within this three years… RM 700k++ in Seremban.

    • //

Tell me about it! If I knew this is going to happen, would have worked like a dog past 5 years and invested in at least another house! -.-

      • //

        Merryn,

I don’t have miracle ball. I believe investing in property is definitely work to generate passive income (if we have holding power at least 5 years). I know it is good investment vehicle when we are retired. I believe also we can use the power of leverage to get more return in property investment.

        • //

But this couple of years the price of properties shoots sky high… The rich gets richer while the poor.. well… gets poorer :(

        • //

Hi Merryn, ya you are right. The rich gets richer while the poor gets poorer.. The bank only willing to lend more to rich people and yet they get better rates, better loan package and etc. We just have to work smart and learn how this people doing it and hopefully we can get some where.

  • //

Are you going to buy one? ;)
The house is so big and modern and nice… I love the overall concept!

    • //

      I wish! But I can’t afford it…

  • //

wah want to buy house la? XD didn’t know Seremban 2’s houses r so expensive now :(

    • //

Semi-D … okay lah. The location is superb if you wanna reside in Seremban.

      • //

haha Seremban 2 is a nice town. believe it or not, I’m actually a Seremban boy XD

        • //

You are?! Wow… now that’s new.. haha.. I’ve always tot you are local >_<

  • //

LOL the pole looks like very kacau nia XD
But I like the interior design as a whole <3

    • //

The pole not kacau leh if you like pole dancing. Wink wink!

  • //

Walauu….I ll need one day to clean each room.

    • //

And by the time you are done with the last room, it’s back to square one; cleaning the first room over again… haha..

  • //

Haiz, now every where in KL/PG areas, the housing prices all damn high, don’t know where can i live next time T.T

    • //

True dat. I wonder how the younger generations are going to be able to afford to get a house unless they have filthy rich parents.

  • //

Wow, so elegant, must cost a bomb kan?

    • //

      It’s okay lah. U got 700K? hehe…

  • //

Seremban pun dah mahal tapi unfortunately, i still feel the resale value not as good as KL.

    • //

Investment wise KL properties are selling like hot cakes but when KL ones are shooting too high now, ppl are opting somewhere further, a lil out of KL but not too far away.

  • //

    House review, cool!

    • //

Interior design ideas is more like it ^_^

  • //

    This house is so spacious!!

    • //

It’s Semi-D dat’s why! Aiyo.. I can see myself living in there dy!! Sobs…

  • //

    wow it is really nice.
so how many units you had bought.. LOL

    • //

-.- I can’t even afford to buy the pole for the TV! ^_^

  • //

Wahh how I wish I have this kind of house in my future. =X

  • //

planning to move down to seremban?

  • //

I came across this browsing for interior design ideas. I must say that I LOVE the TV on the pole idea. Did you create that or was it a kit that was purchased? Great idea!
