Darling’s a hopeless ROMANTIC!

I read FB updates everyday and Tweets occasionally. I see couples exchanging lovey dovey updates or tweets all the time. Darling and I are nothing like that. Though I call him Darling and he calls me Sayang, that’s about it. You won’t see any PDA from us in public and the worst comment that we’ve received is from a stranger who thought that Darling and I are siblings! >_<

Today, I found out that the coming Monday and Tuesday is a holiday. I was shocked lah as I have totally NO idea about it. Such a long weekend yet NOTHING is planned! If only I found out earlier we could have planned for a short getaway. Still hoping something good can come out of it, I quickly messaged Darling…

And his reply was a blatant, “So, Apa MAU?” *loosely translated, “so what do you want?”*

Uwaaaa! I wanna cry dy! Darling, remind me again – why did I marry you in the first place? >_<

  • //

errr, maybe he was responding to “MAU makan apa” and not “MAU apa hari cuti” leh?? sometimes it’s the problem with text messaging lah, easily get misunderstood of things the other party doesn’t mean at all..

  • //

You say: Maaaaaaa…huuuuuuu!!!! Maaaaaa…huuuuu!!!! And make sure he doesn’t say: Tak maaaaaa….huuuuu!!!! LOL!!!

    • //

  • //

    Hahah…… straight straight guy.

  • //

At least he said so, apa mau not “ya i know is public holiday”.

  • //

So true!!!!!! I think it’s a case of married plus kid. Maybe our Malaysian boys are just hopelessly pragmatic, not romantic. At least you know they are reliable as rocks. :)

  • //

He so straight forward so you have to tell him APA YOU MAU , lol

  • //

kekekeke…u are soo sweet la…i guess u both are the best match, for your hubby macam sound so blur-blur innocent, being conned married to a wise Nyonya :p

    • //

      Chin Nee,

I love the part ‘being conned married to a wise Nyonya’! You can say THAT again! :D
