Mee Suah for the soul

Good Sunday morning peeps! I’ve been down and out for the past 24 hours. Did not eat anything yesterday as what goes in will surely come out again from my mouth…

But today I woke up feeling hungry and finally have a little more appetite compared to yesterday. Cooked this mee suah for myself, Darling and Ethan and that is breakfast. What about you? What’s for breakfast?

Mee suah with anchovies stock

I boiled some anchovies for the soup base, add some sliced potatoes, minced meat and green vege. Simple breakie for the heavy headed me. Now.. back to bed. Good night peeps.
