We finally set foot there last Wednesday. Woo hoo!
Located on the 6th floor of the Residences and nestled in an urban resort setting with its lush greeneries and flowing water features, [email protected] is a trendy and chic outlet.
I super love the unique green mural!
We were there because [email protected] is showcasing their Spanish Food Fiesta 12th October – 12th November 2011. We don’t have to look any further to relish tantalizing Paella and tapas, as Head Chef Amir Shah and his creative team at T@ste6 Restaurant cook up a gastronomic bonanza this whole month!
Paella Valenciana
Mixed Seafood Paella with fresh succulent prawns, mussels as well as juicy baby squids marinated and cooked to perfection.
Paella is a Valencian rice dish that has a mixture of Seafood Paella, Valencian Paella and mixed Paella. It makes a wholesome dish on its own but also goes well with hot and cold tapas.

Chuletas
People have been raving about [email protected]’s Chuletas (grilled lamb) that we just HAD to try to see how good it is and damn, it is really GOOD! The soft and succulent lamb is out of this world! Rubbed with garlic and marinated to perfection, it is hot and juicy and the cheese just nailed it! This has got to be the MUST HAVE when you dine here.
Estafado Y Cebola
Chicken and potato in tomato sauce. If you love chicken, potato and tomato with a dash of fresh herbs, you’ll love this dish. I’ll go for the tomatoes anytime!
Pollo Picante
Pollo picante is chicken breasts cooked in a hot sauce made with onions, garlic, bell peppers, tomatoes, jalapenos, bay leaves and garlic. The bread I showed earlier? The sauce is perfect to go with it!
Smoked Duck, Pimientos, Onion and Tapenade
The duck here is smoking! :D I’m not really a fan of ducks but surprisingly I find this to be nice. Hah!
Prawn & Mussel Ceviche Salad
The salad has everything interesting for you to bite and chew on. It makes a great conversation piece when you try to figure out what are each of those tiny pieces that you have jut popped into your mouth.
Tomato Munchego
One bite of the Tomato Munchego and I was already in wonderland. You know why? GARLIC! Being a BIG fan of anything garlic, I am the happiest girl that night! I don’t know bout the rest but how come I felt like I was the only one eating this that night? You guys not into tomatoes? Or was it the garlic? Come on.. it is awesome!
Ethan’s watermelon juice
This boy takes watermelon juice anytime, anywhere..
Darling’s apple juice. I had carrot milk but forgot to photograph it. I prefer my juice to have less ice though for what I got is a glass half filled with ice! Note to self: Must request for less ice next time around.
Cinnamon Churros with chocolate sauce
Dessert is served warm and dipped in chocolate is very yummy.
Creme Catalana
Love the crispy caramel coating and then the rich cold custard that just melts in your mouth. Oh my my… so sinfully delicious!
Having all of the above, Ethan is still insatiable so we got him a plate of pasta that finally does the trick :D That boy just loves pasta!
At the end of the meal, he is such a happy boy that he can walk on water! :P
The Spanish Food Fiesta is available daily from 12.00pm-12.00am at ala-carte price starting from RM12++ for Tapas and RM60++for individual tapas for 2 persons.
