Chinese New Year @ Ti Chen, Saujana Hotel

It was one fine afternoon and we were at the Saujana Golf & Country Club for a Rabbit New Year meal :)

We dined at Ti Chen restaurant

With rabbit settings to usher the New Year of the Rabbit :D

We started off with the Salmon Yee Sang. The sweet sauce compliments the salmon and yee sang so well!

Oh come on, start tossing! Why shy-shy? :P

Next dish was Shark’s Fin Soup with Four Treasures

Rich with ingredients and tasty thick broth, delish!

The Roasted “Pei Pah” Chicken was nice. The meat tender and well marinated, simply yummy to my tummy :D

Braised Sea Cucumber with Dried Oyster and Fatt Choy. I love sea cucumbers! Sea cucumbers are said to be rich with collagen and is good for the skin! Now that you know, the next time you are served sea cucumbers, don’t push them aside! :P

Fried Rice with Sea Delicacies was deliciously homely. It reminded me of my Mom’s fried rice and was easily Ethan’s favourite!

Deep-Fried Red Snapper with Thai Style was slightly spicy :)

The Stir-Fried Prawns with Vietnamese Style was wholesome! The succulent prawns were so fresh that they just popped in my mouth :D

There were Mandarin Oranges too to my delight! :)

We ended our meal with something sweet and delicious – Glutinous Rice Dumplings with Dried Longan

With our tummy filled to the brim, Ethan just sat there relaxed, soaking in the soothing greeneries of the Golf Club :) This is what I call a blissful life! :P

RM888??? But the food looks quite ordinary? Can get a lot better elsewhere for that amount of money.
