New Moon

Moon cakes that is. Darling surprised me tonight when he brought home not one.. not two.. but EIGHT mooncakes! Tai Thong mooncakes, mostly snowskin – MY favourite! :D
The 8 varieties of mostly NEW MOON cakes :P
-Charcoal Infused Mocha Milk Tea-
Hmm.. I am VERY curious what this will taste like.. charcoal?! Interesting. Charcoal seems to be the IN thing lately for health enthusiast eh?
-Snow Skin Silky Vanilla Chestnut-
This sounds very feminine but it’s Darling’s favourite. You know why? He’s a fan of chestnut ^_^
-Snow Skin Raspberry and Blueberry-
I like everything berry berry. Gimme a BlackBerry I lagi suka!
This is how the inside looks like. Source from here.
-Snow Skin Japanese Potato with Custard-
Can’t wait to try this too :D
-Snow Skin Black Sesame and Green Bean with Cheese-
I love cheese and can never have enough of it! This is so going to be my breakfast tomorrow!
-Royal Jade and Nutty Chocolate with Yolk-
NOT snow skin so Darling… you may have this :P
-Fragrant Corn with Soft Yolk-
Ethan loves corn so I bet he’ll love this :)
-Assorted Fruit Nuts with Chicken Bits-
I’ve never fancied the assorted nuts version… Just not my taste. Darling.. yours! Muahahaha… :P
The beautiful boxes that made those mooncakes so darn expensive these days!
:D As you can see, all those mooncakes are still nicely in the plastic. That is because I have yet to mamam them! Am very curious to know what each and every one of those will taste like. They all have the expiry date of 15 October 2010 so I have ONE month to consume them. That means 2 mooncakes per week! COOL! By the time I’m done, I’ll BE as round as a MOON!
By the way, Darling got all those at a cool 30% discount from Tai Thong :D BUT, he did not manage to get the Snow Skin Durian Coulis that I’m dying to try! Sobs! :(
