Black Out
Darling went down to check and found out that the electricity at home was out. My immediate neighbour to my left still have their power supply though. Checked further and discovered that the next five houses to my right were all in the ‘dark’. Okay, maybe not in darkness as it was already morning!
Darling called 15454 to enquire and within an hour the Tenaga National Berhad’s technician came to our rescue. Talk about being efficient! They are really fast this time around :)
What we did during that hour of darkness? Unlike the recent Earth Hour whereby we were so prepared for it, this time it took us by surprise. I found out that I was unable to boil water unless I use the gas stove, the washing machine would not work without electricity and the water heater doesn’t even work without electricity! OK, so what if I’m NOT that smart, sue me :P
But what matters most is that this time, Ethan understands the concept of electricity. He now understands that without it, the light won’t work, the fan won’t move and the water for bathing will be cold. Most importantly, without electricity Mommy will be a good girl and play with him instead of sitting in front of the PC! What a blessing for the little guy indeed :D
And Daddy was quietly reading United Health One Reviews since he had some free time to spare :)

hahaha! just like my mum's life. oh no, my mum bit "worse" , 10am then wake up. haha. with the nanny at house, she can rest full blast. geez!

Blackout during daytime still ok. I sleep till 10 am when Gwen's not schooling..hehe.
TNB is pretty efficient these days. I've oso called 15454 b4. They even called me up a few hrs later to chk if the electricity's back on. Not bad eh.

I found that your hubby also sleep until 8am ++ .He not need to work?TNB now try to join the Earth Hour campaign.I guess Ethan hopes every day in darkness so his lovely mummy can play with him 24 hours.
