Pizza experience gone bad..

We went to Matta fair last Sunday. It was raining heavily on the way home so we stopped by a Hut to have some pizza instead of the normal hawker centre for dinner.

Spaghetti for Ethan, pizzas, garlic bread and mushroom soup for Darling and I

The mushroom soup was horrible! Very diluted and extremely tasteless. We sent them back and the replacement we got were no different. This is the first time in my life I left a pizza place with my mushroom soup untouched! I’m a crazy fan of mushroom soup I tell you!

Ethan’s Milo was bad too; very diluted and smells funny.

They forgot the ice-cream. We had to remind them for it..

Imagine my horror when I saw the spoon they gave us for the ice-cream! Look at these two pictures (up and down). How in the world can they serve us these badly stained spoons? Oh my goodness, I totally not like being there already.

My biggest regret was going to the washroom after all those horrifying experience. It was just the ‘climax’~lah! The washroom was so unkempt and dirty, I could just puke!

I was extremely dissatisfied with everything that I just had to ask them and was bluntly told, “We are running short on staffs”.

Well, too bad! I will definitely NOT dine in that Pizza Hut, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, KL ever again!

To make matters worst, the very next day Ethan was down with vomiting and high fever and purging the next. He is still having fever and purging now and I just can’t help but wonder if our meal there had caused all these!

i think it must be due to the meal. something that he ate that u all didnt eat..or perhaps yr resistance is stronger than him… poor ethan!

report tak kat manager dia? jangan bayar.. untuk apa bayar kalo macam tu.. apa2 pun dah berlaku. Bagi ethan minum air kelapa.. kata orang boleh kluar balik benda2 tak elok tu..

sigh. i hope ethan dear gets well soon. pizza hut suck lor. many times i go to their branches here in mines or cheras selatan jusco, service are just really bad.

hi.i had experienced the same thing too.the pizza hut services were all bad ; salah bagi order, smelly place, unfriendly waitress,.etc. this one was at Sunway pyramid.i'd swear dun wanna eat there anymore.. duh.

I never eat at Pizza Hut!!! So this one is at the TTDI outlet. You must let ppl know about this horrible place! And write a complaint letter. Poor Ethan must have gotten sick eating there! I don't think I will ever call for Pizza Hut delivery too! Yucks!!! Oh, I'm gonna tweet about this!!!

Since it has been ages I'm not going…after reading your experience on food and service, it is nothing good about to go anymore…Hope Ethan is getting better now, did you consult doctor, just afraid if it is virus playing prank in his stomach?

I'm telling you, you ought to complain and complain… like I did to McD KL Central 2 years back… I even blogged about it… now I tink McD Kl Central oso takut of me d… their PR called up from HQ, and apologized profusely to me. Whoa… the power of blogging!

I also find out service in Pizza Hut very bad lah… Only I want to eat pizza if it is delivery.. Hope Ethan get well soon

you must report this to their ppl… i have bad experience with KFC…reason not enough staff..being me a very fussy told him… that's not my problem. I want to see your manager now or else, i'll report this to ur org atasan. good thing I have hing rank frenid who working there.just imagine we have to wait 45 minute for our dinner..

Wah so disgusting … pizza hut ! Aiyo…. Not enough staffs then tutup kedai la… Just make the name worst only.I will do the same things like you…. Black list it my whole life! ( I always like to complain one hehehe)

Luckily you did post the branch here. Everything is not so up to standard. I can't believe it is a fast food restaurant. Poor Ethan…he became the "mangsa".
