Bed hunt
But it’s not cheap!
He even requested to have his milk on this bed! We were told that the bed is currently out of stock and they have like 4 pending customers on their waiting list! I don’t know if we will be getting THIS bed for Ethan but… if nothing else looks as good, we might drive this home someday :D

my nephews in KL are also sleepin on these bedsonwheels since they were around 7…now they are 17 and 14 respectively and still sleeping on them…hahhaaa…

I'm not quite into beds. Hmmm… I'm more into japanese futons. Even my boy using futon, cuz i dowan him to fall off from the bed or jump on it and injured himself. =.=
No need to buy all these fancy beds lah,just buy a good good mattress, and a nice simple single bed will do,, emphazie on the mattress, that's vvvvvv important.
So nice! Kids today are SO lucky… But I do not like the sides. He may accidentally hit his head if he falls or loses his balance. I would prefer it to be padded…

I remember seeing Bahagia furniture shop (they have branches in Klang, also in Giant Bandar Kinrara) selling something like this kind of children sports car bed, but price-wise I didn't remember. Perhaps you can try looking there? Maybe they have stock and price cheaper some more.
i think ethan can sleep in this bed till he is 20 man! cool bed! mahal le, but then william print $$ wan, so its ok. hahaha!
Oh..u reminded me to blog something on this (I totally forgotten). Both YX & XJ have this kind of car-type-bed (BUT NOT BRANDED) and the matteress is actually more expensive than the bed frame. hehe And yes, matteress is more important. But if your darling is printing money, then go ahead! hehehe
merryn, do u have to use guard rail for the single bed? Will ethan fall off the bed?I agree the bed is really cute but price really a bit steep. In fact i find the stuffs at HN a lil' pricey!
cool bed! My boys sure like this bed. Just imagine if i want to buy? RM1k x 2? *faint*We will do the bed hunting when the boys ready to sleep in their own room, now they still sleep with us.

Merryn, I'm very cheapskate one..haha..above 1k I won't buy lor but that's a really nice bed. He loves it so much…buy lah. Sure no problem transition him to a new bed.

Wow training at a tender age to be the next Michael Schumacher in F1? Echo Eugene that mattress is of paramount priority to set his posture right. Can have the 'F1 car' to drive Ethan to sleep no issue as long as the mattress fits. Understand harder mattress is better.
Wow…that's expensive..does it include the mattress too??? You can try locate it at those local furniture shop, they will show you the catalog (usually they dun have a displayed set) and it is much cheaper. Darren's cousin sister bought one TRAIN design one at around RM800++.I am hunting for a bed for Darren too.
its way too expensive for a kids bed which they will outgrow really fast. maybe u shld buy a standard single bed, and decorate the bed with other accessories

use old mattress but u can use the bed.. unless ethan is potty train. otherwise hor..new bed, new mattress…may end up with lots of urine smell.. that why for my new condo, i dont want any new bed yet for philip until he is fully diaperless..
These fancy-looking beds look vy nice. But jes worried the kid's "interest" may not last for vy long. :) Happy bed hunting!
