Roselle
Was back in my hometown (Malacca) over the weekend. Saw some roselle flowers on the table. Quickly pestered my mum to teach me how to prepare the deliciously refreshing drink. Turned out to be easy peasy.
First, I removed the petals from the seeds.
Then, I washed them under running water.
Next, I placed them into a pot, add some water and boiled it until the water turned red. You can add a little sugar to make it more delicious.
Serve chilled, so refreshing. Very nutritious, no preservatives, so fresh!
