Hari Raya decor at The Curve, eCurve, IPC, Sunway Pyramid and 1 Utama

We went shopping last weekend because it is ZERO GST now. What is the first thing you bought that you have been putting on hold but finally did it now that it is zero GST? We have 3 months of tax rest to our advantage yet I still haven’t buy anything major because I don’t have anything in mind at the moment.

Anyway, since I did not purchase anything worth sharing here, let me share the festive decoration at the malls we visited last weekend.

At The Curve, a train complete with the train station is seen right smack at the Centre Court, reminding us all to balik kampung this festive season.

A Morrocan inspired city is the theme for 1Utama‘s Raya decor.

A beautiful kampung house complete with bamboo and lights are the main festive decor feature at Sunway Pyramid

I also visited eCurve and they have this amazing decor with highway and tolls! Already I can visualize the heavy traffic on the road during this Raya holidays.

If you are on the highway on the way back to your hometown and you see these boys manning the toll booth, don’t forget to tip them. They work very hard to replace the many colleagues on festive leave

Here’s the last picture. It is taken at Ikano Power Centre.

IPC has a GIANT congkak right smack in the middle, it looks like a scene from “Honey I Shrunk The Kids”

I find eCurve, Curve and Sunway Pyramid’s decor nice.

Love the train station and kampung house.

I have been grocery shopping over the weekend. Normal grocery. Indeed, in September, SST would be back.

Good good you managed to cover 4 malls decor here. I have the photos for 1u, midvalley and gardens decor only. Lolx at ecurve decor of tolls on Highway. The train station at the curve decor reminds me of Christmas decor at midvalley.

Yes, the train station. My thoughts immediately went to Mid Valley’s Christmas decor last year. But still nice la though this one has more kampung feel to it. Not so European.

Lately The Curve has been doing really well on their festive decorations. I like their Chinese New Year fish village the most. Super realistic!
