Aladdin and The Magic Lamp @ Genting International Showroom

Can you smell it? I CAN!

5 more schooling days and we’ll be enjoying the week-long school holidays. Are you excited? Or are you horrified to have the kids stuck with you 24/7?  Haha!

Well, let’s start planning for this school holidays then.

As usual, the boys will pester us to bring them up to where the weather is cooler. It is only an hour drive from home yet the temperature was as low as 15° celsius over the weekend when we were there!

It was very cold, foggy and extremely windy too. Ayden almost got blown away

We were here to check out the latest musical production at Genting International Showroom.

A whole new world is brought to life as Aladdin and The Magic Lamp production takes over the Genting International Showroom stage at Resorts World Genting this month.

Combining a live cast with state-of-the-art 3D holographic projections, the production by China’s DT Kids Theatre amazes us with spectacular showing of the classic Arabian Nights tale of a poor tailor’s apprentice who discovers a magic lamp and the genie contained inside.

Actors are aided by 3D projections that accompany their actions, from Aladdin hurtling away from a giant rolling fire boulder to the evil magician summoning colossal spears of sand to bringing the genie to wise-crackling life.

All shows in Genting are always world class standards to be able to perform live!
I would feel young to watch Aladdin as he played a small in my childhood years of fantasy & dreams.
You 2 boys were so happy and funny pretending to fly in slow motion. Kekekeke
