4Fingers Crispy Chicken @ Sunway Pyramid

4FINGERS is a Singaporean chain of fast casual restaurants that specializes in crispy Korean style fried chicken. Headquartered in Singapore, the chain was founded in 2009 and currently has 13 stores in Singapore and Malaysia.

4Fingers Crispy Chicken has now opened at Sunway Pyramid much to our delight. We frequented their outlet in Mid Valley Megamall a couple of times but has not been able to do so now since we seldom shop at MV anymore due to the jam and difficulty in getting a parking space.

Sunway Pyramid is a better location for us as it is nearer to where we are staying. We were there last Thursday to check out the place and see if they are still as good as we remember them to be.

4Fingers Crispy Chicken at Sunway Pyramid is located on the Lower Ground at Blue Zone near the escalator area.

We love their Korean style chicken and that was the first item on the menu we ordered.

First thing first, at 4Fingers Crispy Chicken, they use the buzzer system.

Drinks were served immediately for us to bring to our table together with our buzzer, wet wipes and serviette tissue.

3 important things here at 4Fingers Crispy Chicken – The buzzer, serviette tissue and wet wipes.

The serviette tissue and wet wipes will definitely come handy after eating their chicken especially when we have kids with us. It’s a deliciously messy affair

Once the buzzer lit up, we’ll need to collect the food at the counter from the ‘headless’ staffs.

Why headless staffs?

Because this…

This is our view from our side of the counter. Ethan said he can’t see the kitchen staffs’ faces hence he referred to them as ‘headless’ staffs. Haha kids!

18 pcs all Soy Garlic chicken ala carte (RM40.90)

We love this!

Here at 4Fingers, they hand brushed the sauce upon ordering to ensure the chicken is served fresh, hot and crispy.

Soy Garlic Drumette

Just look at that gloriously coated drumette with such perfect skin. So shiok to bite into it.

Such satisfaction to bite that crispy tasty skin and sinking our teeth deep into the juicy and tender chicken meat.

ONs lah! They are still as good as we remember them to be; tasty with that fragrant garlic aroma. Ada Oomph!

Soy Garlic Chicken Wingette

My favourite is their chicken wing coz the meat is even more tender. I like to bite and suck bones so chicken wings give me maximum pleasure and satisfaction.

No, no, no I don’t look like that when I’m sucking on them bones. Tsk, tsk this boy! Anak siapa nih?!

Drumsticks Rice Box (RM16.90)

We also ordered the drumsticks rice box that comes with a couple of drumsticks with Japanese rice as the boys are rice tanks and just had to have rice for dinner. They love the rice drizzled with teriyaki sauce a lot.

While the boys indulged in signature chicken, I enjoyed this Tofu & Mushroom Salad (RM14.90)

What’s in there? Obviously tofu and mushrooms all chopped up with lots of greens and Soy Garlic sauce as the dressing. This makes a great vegetarian meal.

Skinny Fries (Seaweed)

Skinny Fries (Kimchi)

The fries here special lah weh. They’ve got 2 types of fries – seaweed or kimchi.

The Kimchi fries are spicy (according to the boys) hence they enjoyed the Seaweed ones better as they are die-hard seaweed fans.

We also ordered this Chicken Katsu Sandwich because it has kimchi coleslaw in the filling. The chicken katsu is tender and alright and the coleslaw has a nice kimchi flavour to it but the deep-fried mantao bun is too oily for my liking.

We washed it all down with their signature Honey Yuzu drink while the boys had Ice Milo.

I like the tangy and refreshing Honey Yuzu (RM5.90). I’ll definitely order this again the next time we dine here.

We enjoyed our chicken treat that evening. We’ll definitely come here again for their chicken wing and Honey Yuzu drink. I’m sure the boys will pester me to order the Seaweed Fries for them too.

Has it been that long since they open in midvalley? I remember seeing their opening day and it seemed like just one or two years ago.

It’s a really good fast food restaurant. The fried chicken in this shop is the best fried chicken I ever ate. It’s crispy, sweet, sometimes spicy (If u ordered spicy) and it’s full of the flavor that u ordered (Exp: Garlic)
If you don’t trust me, make sure to give it a try!
