Oriental Oasis @ Arabian Bay Resort, BGRC
I was not aware that there is a Halal Chinese restaurant in Bukit Gambang Resort City. We stayed in Arabian Resort and had breakfast at their Coffee House yet I did not notice that there is this Oriental Oasis just next to it until on the second day and we really wanted to dine here.
Oriental Oasis, Arabian Resort.
We had just completed our ATV Safari Ride in the hot afternoon sun so it was very welcoming to be dining here in the comfort of spacious and cool airconditioned space.
Herbal Chicken Soup
It is good to consume this nourishing soup after all the outdoor activities here in Bukit Gambang Resort City. It helps to boosts our general well-being and fight fatigue so we can continue to enjoy all the activities here. I had second and third helpings of this delicious soup simmered over low fire for hours in the kitchen.
Roasted Sesame Seed Chicken
The boys got all excited when they see their favourite chicken being served. The toasted sesame seeds alongside the plum sauce complements this tender chicken meat very well.
Stir Fried Prawn Assam Sauce in Claypot
This is obviously my favourite. This mouth-watering dish is spicy, sourish and extremely appetizing. Goes great with a bowl of steamed white rice.
Fried Red Snapper Fish with Superior Sauce
It’s fried fish but what made it stands out is the seasoning sauce that nicely compliments the fish. 4 of us easily finished the entire fish and mind you, it is not a small fish.
Steam Egg with Seafood
A beautiful dish that is easy for the boys. All their favourite ingredients steamed to perfection. Silky eggs with yummy bite sized prawns, squids, mussels and more.
Mix Mushroom with Beancurd Skin
Several types of mushrooms wrapped in beancurd skin. A delicious vegan dish that is perfect for Chinese New Year.
Pancake
Little Ayden loves this deep fried pancake.
While we were all already filled to the brim with our hearty lunch, Ayden continued eating his pancake!
Ayden is sure one lucky boy! Gets to eat so many yummy food! :p
The mushrooms dish and steamed egg with seafood dish are my favourite! Ayden is the youngest foodies in this country!
OMG! Their 10 pax tables are priced really competitively. I paid even more for just 6 pax (with 2 kids) – can’t believe their lowest price starts from less than RM 300 nett!
I would have thought resort-attached restaurants would be more expensive.
The food looks good too! :)
I always love chicken soup, so does Sam. But spring onions in the soup is a bit too much, LOL
This is the worst resort chinese restaurant I have seen. What kind of restaurant are you recommending? Lousy food and terrible service.
What happened KH Tan? It was alright when we were there?
