Playing in the rain

Rain drops keep falling on my head…

Yesterday, I brought the boys to the playground in the evening. It was quite a gloomy evening but it was not raining yet so I decided to go ahead and bring them over. We managed to spend over an hour there when the sky suddenly opened up and pours.

Ethan, Ayden and I quickly ran home but when we reached home, Ayden did not want to go inside. He wanted to feel the rain so I let him as he has never play in the rain before. I always believe in letting them experience the simple pleasures in life. I let them play in the puddles after a downpour last year.

Remember this? They had fun jumping in the puddles in the playground.

Playing in the rain

Look at Ayden’s palm. So dirty from playing in the playground >_<

The rain got heavier and he was getting all wet yet still refused to go inside.

Ayden loves it. He did not remove the towel on his head though. LoL.

Toddler playing in the rain

He played in the rain until he was wet all over. Only then he is satisfied and allowed me to bring him inside to shower.

Good to let him play a while under the rain then only shower immediately. When my girls were young, I didn’t let them do so, I was a bit regret now for being so cautious every time.

Now okay lah, since the jerebu no more. If got jerebu still, then have to forcefully drag him inside..

Year end and it rains almost everyday here.

Thinking of bringing kids to the park too now but look at the gloomy sky, wonder it rains or not when we reach there.

oh gosh I miss my childhood where I can freely play in the rain and puddles … I guess it is just right to let kids enjoy the rain… so they can make good childhood memories… just make sure to take a hot bath after hehe

Good for you to let Ayden experience playing in the rain. How come Ethan did not play in the rain together with Ayden?
