Christmas Decor 2015: Pavilion KL

Our first stop for this year’s Christmas decor hunt is Pavilion. It was still work in progress when we were there last weekend. I was at Starhill to get my hair done so I thought why not hop over to have a look at Pavilion’s decor.

The outdoor decor. I believe it will be magnificent once it is lighted up come night time.

The boys are attracted to these bears.

Pavilion Christmas

It’s a mechanical Santa, Bunny and Bear. They can move and Ayden was rather impressed :)

It was still work in progress when I was there. The Tallest Swarovski Christmas Tree in Asia took centrestage and is the highlight of this year’s decor.

Personally I think their decor is just okay. I prefer the outdoor decor and the trees along the stairs. More Christmas feel to it. The tallest Swarovski Christmas Tree in Asia to me is, well, just a gigantic cone that lights up.

I checked their FB Page and it is now officially launched. You can check out more pictures there.

Me too. The outdoor decor is more impressive. It would be lovely at night.

Hmm. Maybe I can go Christmas decor seeing this weekend. Haha. Saw most shopping malls are more or less done with the decor.

The outdoor decor is more realistic. The crystal tree is too materialistic. It is not Christmas at all.

I saw the live video of Swarovski tree with lights in FB last night. Really nothing impressive.

I love the decor all over in KL. Gives one the feel of the season! Asked my girl if she wanted to go over during the holidays and she said no. Sobssssss!!!!!

Yes! Christmas is my favourite time in the Klang Valley. I love going to all the malls to marvel at their decor :)

It is a bloody expensive gigantic cone, not just any normal gigantic cone. Seriously, these are luxurious decor, beats the homey and cosy feeling that Christmas is supposed to be…

It is a bloody expensive skeleton to me. It’s sad to see how they interpret Christmas this year..

I have been reading negative reviews and comments about the skeleton Christmas tree in Pavilion. Guess the sponsors will not like to read these negative things. The tree backfired on the sponsors.

The money spent could have been used to a better purpose than to put up this skeleton in my humble opinion. It’s not even beautiful in the first place.

Claimed to be Asia most tallest tree, to me it no christmasy feel, it is just the luxury look and blink is attractive, the crystal will be take down to sell after xmas and will have another crown to this crystal, one of the piece from the asian tallest tree..
